Born in Nelson, NB, Reg was the son of the late John &#038; Elizabeth (Peters) Hubbard.</p>
<p>Reg was a WW11 Veteran serving with the Cape Breton Islander Regiment and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #10, Newcastle.</p>
<p>Reg is survived by three daughters: Judy Russell (Gordon), Sharon Simpson and Marjorie Doiron (Gerald) all of Miramichi, NB; two sons: Roger (Star) of Miramichi, NB and Francis (Dale) of Oak Point, NB; two sisters: Monica Young of Millerton, NB and Yvonne Sturgeon (Cletus) of Miramichi, NB; eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>Reg is predeceased by one son: Wesley; two sisters: Beulah and Velna and five brothers: Burton, Sterling, Carl, Norman and Kenny.</p>
<p>Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 &#038; 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 22, 2013 @ 9 AM from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Tom Fowler officiating.<br />
Burial will follow in the Miramichi Cemetery.</p>
<p>In Reg’s memory a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.<br />

Born in Newcastle, NB, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Annie (Bryenton) Manderville.  Janet was a member of St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Millerton and was an accounting clerk for many years working at Repap and Atcon. She enjoyed gardening, reading and going to the beach.<br />
Janet is survived by: three sons: Jeff (Lori) of Douglas, NB; Jason (Jennifer) of Blackville, NB; Steven (Michelle) of South Esk, NB; one sister: Paula Cassidy (Phil) of Derby, NB; two brothers: Kenneth (Florence) of Derby, NB; Gilbert (Carlene) of Bryenton, NB; sister in law: Edna Manderville of Miramichi, NB; two grandchildren: Samuel and Joshua and several nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>Besides her parents, Janet is predeceased by: one brother: Sterling.</p>
<p>The family will receive visitors at Bell’s Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB on Wednesday from 7-9 PM and on Thursday from 2-4 &#038; 7-9 PM.The funeral service will be held from St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Millerton, on Friday at 11 AM with Father Gerry Laskey and Father Bob Barry officiating.  Burial will take place in the church cemetery.</p>
<p>In Janet’s memory, donations may be made to the Monsignor Henri Cormier Lodge, Moncton or the SPCA.</p>

<p>Born in Chatham, NB, he was the son of the late Phyllis O&#8217;Shaughnessy (Rogers) and the late George Tsistinas. Harold grew up in Chatham and moved to Halifax in the early 1970s. He is survived by daughters, Karen and Amanda; sons, Tommy (Nancy) and Mark (Rachel); sisters, Mary Blaisdell (Bill) and Patsy Harless (Lester); brothers, Mike O&#8217;Shaughnessy (Nancy) and Tom O&#8217;Shaughnessy (Carrington); eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>Harold will be greatly missed by his family, friends and colleagues. He was seen as a great contributor to the East Coast music scene and was respected for his knowledge and expertise in the many projects he worked on.</p>
<p>Visitation will be held Saturday, June 15, from 3-8 p.m. at Cruikshank&#8217;s Halifax Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street. A memorial service will be held at a later date.</p>
<p>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the IWK Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.</p>

<p>Mr. Holden John DeRoche, husband of Loretta (Ross) DeRoche, of Route 11, Barryville, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2013 at his late residence at the age of 83.</p>
<p>Born in Barryville, NB, he was the son of the late Frank and Amelia (Vautour) DeRoche. He was a saw doctor with Weyerhaeuser and a member of the Barryville Golden Age Club, Church River Credit Union and Church River Co-Op. He was a member of Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Barryville. </p>
<p>Besides his wife, Loretta, he is survived by his daughter, Sharon DeRoche (Livain Breau); his sons, David (Beatrice) of New Jersey, Gary (Marni) of Stoney Creek, ON, Eldon of Toronto, ON, Fred (Shirley) of Quispamsis, Donald (Lorna) of Brookfield, PE and Albert (Riikka) of Grimsby, ON; his sisters, Hazel Drisdelle of Shediac, Susan Woitowicz of Lancaster, ON and Marie Jenkins of Hamilton, ON; his brother, Allen DesRoches (Marilyn Richardson) of CI Road; his grandchildren, Jason (Amanda) DeRoche, Jamie DeRoche, Holden Breau, Jacques (Laura) Breau, Vanessa (Keith Geransky), Edouard (Deidre) Breau, Ryan DeRoche, Tyler (Amanda) DeRoche, Jordan DeRoche, Chantelle DesRoches, Mathieu DesRoches, Hanna DesRoches and Aaron DesRoches; and his great-grandchildren, Bianca Breau, Isabella DeRoche, Evelyn Breau, Gavin DeRoche, Emma Breau, Carter and Brody Geransky. </p>
<p>Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers John, Henry, Benny, George and Leonard. </p>
<p>Mr. Holden John DeRoche is resting at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Barryville, on Thursday from 7-9 and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11am at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Barryville, with Father Allison Mahoney officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. </p>
<p>In his memory, donations made to the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church Fund would be appreciated. </p>

The death of Norman Paul Taylor husband of Elsie Corcoran Taylor of Miramichi, NB, occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the age of 77. Born in Nelson Miramichi, NB, Norman was the son of the late Harry &#038; Elizabeth (Collins) Taylor.<br />
Norman was a retired pipefitter and a member of the United Association of Local 325.<br />
Besides his wife Elsie, Norman is survived by two daughters: Debbie Sweezey of Guelph, ON and Shawn Boisvert (Reg) of Miramichi, NB; five sisters: Penny Savoy (Lucien), Margaret Savoy, Judy MacLean (Ronnie), Debbie Lynch (Camille), Donna Lynch (Bobby) and Shelly Dickson (Tony) all of Miramichi, NB; three brothers: Donald,(Donna), Raymond (Donna) and Gary (Betty) all of Miramichi, NB; one sister-in-law: Wilda Taylor of Miramichi, NB; five grandchildren: Brynn &#038; Mitch Sweezey of ON; Jarret &#038; Jory Boisvert and Erica Silliker (Dax) all of Miramichi, NB; one great granddaughter: Addison Sillikerof Miramichi, NB.<br />
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers: Warren &#038; Ernie and nephews: Kirby &#038; Larry Corcoran.<br />
Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home on Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday from 2-4 PM &#038; 7-9 PM. Funeral  Service will be celebrated from the Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at a time to be announced by Father Stanislas Paulin.<br />
Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery.<br />

<p>Born in Nelson, NB, he was the son of the late Harry and Elizabeth (Connell) Taylor. He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. He was a self-employed mechanic and an avid musician and singer. </p>
<p>Besides his wife Wilda, he is survived by his daughters Cathy Christie (Harold) of Nackawic and Lori Lee Stairs (Ernest) of Nackawic; his step-daughters Lisa Duffney of Hamilton, ON and Iris Burtniak (Mark) of Carlisle, ON; his step-sons, Sonny Jardine (Sandy) of Alberta, Rodney Jardine (Jackie) of Fredericton and Christopher Jardine of Rocky Mountain House, AB; his sisters, Penny Savoy (Bev), Judy MacLean (Ronnie), Margaret Savoy, Debbie Lynch (Camille), Donna Lynch (Bobby) and Shelly Dickson (Tony); his brothers, Norman (Elsie), Donald (Donna), Raymond (Donna) and Gary (Betty); and his grandchildren, Jamie (Brittnay) Christie of Alberta, Bobby Christie of Alberta, Breanna Stairs of Nackawic, Shayn (Erica) Sutherland of Miramichi, Lacey McRae (Andrew) of Miramichi, Haley Jardine of Fredericton, Dylan Jardine of Alberta, Lawson Jardine of Alberta and Morgan Jardine of Alberta. </p>
<p>Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Warren and his nephew Kirby. </p>
<p>Mr. Ernest Taylor is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 2pm at the funeral home chapel with Father Tom Fowler officiating. Burial will be in St Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery. </p>

<p><a href="http://www.miramichiobituaries.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/25272.jpg" rel="lightbox"><img src="http://www.miramichiobituaries.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/25272.jpg" alt="25272" width="135" height="200" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-14700" /></a><strong>Comments</strong>It is with great sadness that the family of Marion Trevors nee (Harris) wishes to announce her passing on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home where she has been a resident for the past year.</p>
<p> Marion was born in Chatham, NB on September 14, 1921 the daughter of Frank and Irene (Kenny) Harris. She was married to the late Perks Searle and later married Sydney Trevors who also predeceased her.</p>
<p> Marion is survived by three daughters and one son, Carole (Frank) Kane, Elizabeth (Francis) Maher, Marion (Hugo) Schonberg, Harry Searle, and two step-daughters Alma (Patrick) Baker of Beaconfield, Quebec and Loretta (Ted) Cassidy of Bermuda, she is also survived by twelve grandchildren.</p>
<p> Marion would be fondly remembered as secretary for Dr. Louis Aube and her many years at the Capitol Theatre. She will also be missed by her friends.</p>
<p>Marion Trevors is resting at Maher&#8217;s Funeral Home Miramichi on Tuesday June 18th, 2013 from 2-4 &#038; 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday June 19th, 2013 at 11am from St Michael&#8217;s Basilica with Fr John Fraser officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home or the memorial of ones choice would be appreciated. Eugene Reginald Hamilton, of Lyttleton, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2013, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 85.</p>
<p>Born in Halcomb, NB he was the son of the late Lorne and Barbara (Silliker) Hamilton. He worked as a merchant and owned Hamilton&#8217;s Grocery in Lyttleton for 48 years.</p>
<p>He will be sadly missed by his wife Erma of Lyttleton; daughter Sylvia (Sterling Stewart) of Miramichi; two sons Clyde and Dale (Esther) both of Halcomb; one sister Shirley (John Cortes) of British Columbia; seven grandchildren David, Denny, Evan, Ryan, Wade, Jonathan, and Jocelyn; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his two brothers Raymond and Jakie, and daughter-in-law Joyce Hamilton.</p>
<p>The family will receive relatives and friends from Lyttleton Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at 2 pm, with Pastor Vaden Sutherland officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery. </p>
<p>As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Joyce Hamilton memorial Fund.</p>

Au foyer Assomption de Rogersville le samedi le 15 juin a l’âge de 100 ans, est décédé Ernestine Collette, épouse de feu Frederick Collette.</p>
<p>Née à Rogersville, le 13 décembre 1912 elle était la fille de feu Sylvain McCaie et de feu Annie (Desroches) McCaie.</p>
<p>Elle laisse dans le deuil un petit fils, Gérard Mazerolle (Melina) deux arrières petites filles, Danika et Josée Mazerolle, plusieurs nièces et neveux ainsi qu`une nièce spéciale Géraldine (Jean-Guy) Richard de Rogersville.</p>
<p>L’ont précédée dans la tombe, son époux Frederic, une fille Jeannette (George)Mazerolle, deux frère, François (Stella)McCaie, Jean-Baptiste (Rita)  McCaie de Gardner Mass ainsi que trois sœurs; Sr Marguerite McCaie, Alice McCaie et Helene (Jean) Cyr.</p>
<p>La dépouille mortelle sera exposée à la chapelle de l’église Saint François de Salles à Rogersville.</p>
<p>La celebration religieuse aura lieu en L&#8217;eglise Saint-François-de-Salles de Rogersville le mardi le 18 juin à 16 heures<br />
Heures de visites : le lundi 17 juin, de 19 heures à 21 heures , et le mardi18 juinde 14:00 heures jusqu&#8217;au départ pour les funérailles.</p>
<p>La direction des funérailles a été confie aux soins professionnels de Maher Funeral Homes Miramichi.</p>
<p>Un don pour Le Foyer Assomption ou pour l’entretien du cimetière au lieu de fleurs serait apprécié.</p>
